Jo Capp

We are very excited to announce Jo Capp as our Channel Country Ladies Day MC for 2026.

We were lucky enough to have Jo Capp as a speaker at our Windorah event in 2022 and are absolutely thrilled to welcome her back to MC the weekend.

Jo is a respected leader in philanthropy, event management, and community engagement, with more than 30 years’ experience across these vocations, Jo has made strong connections far and wide across Queensland and Northern NSW.

In 2025, she served as Project Manager for the Grammar 150 Project, coordinating a complex program of philanthropy, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and community celebrations to honour 150 years of Toowoomba Grammar School while building momentum for the future.

She now serves as Director of Philanthropy and Fundraising, where she leads strategic giving initiatives and donor engagement aligned with the TGS organisational vision and values. She has also held senior leadership roles with Hope Horizons and The Jenny Black Cancer Wellness Centre, contributing to the expansion of free allied health services for people affected by cancer.

Deeply community‑minded and values‑driven, Jo is recognised for her ability to unite people around shared purpose and translate vision into lasting impact.
