Photographer

Having a passion for photography for at least a couple of decades (…all my life – raised eyebrow) and seizing one of those new door opening opportunities, I established Louise Gronold Imagery in 2010. Seeking professional networks and industry knowledge I joined the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) as an Emerging Member the same year. Since then I have completed the AIPP’s Mentoring program, attended training, conferences and workshops and became a fully-fledged Accredited Professional Photographer (APP) in 2013. During this time I have also received awards at various competitions and awards, including Silver Awards at the Queensland Professional Photography Awards in 2015 and 2016.

I get immense satisfaction and joy from creating and capturing images specifically tailored for a client and which go beyond their expectations. Clients include families and couples seeking portraiture or wedding photography, as well as event manages and small to medium businesses. All of whom are passionate about imagery and what it captures and represents.

One event I am particularly proud to have become part of, is the Channel Country Ladies Day, where I work for the event pro bono. This inspiring and supportive event encapsulates innovation, friendship, femininity, comradery, (exquisite food), adventures for the body and soul, all whilst celebrating the landscape and proves remoteness isn’t an excuse. Anything is possible.
